Whiplash injuries
Whiplash injury is the most common type of accident in UK. It is a situation where the muscles particularly in the neck are extended or hyperextended. It is caused most commonly by vehicular accidents. When cars crash these is the common scenario, the passenger will be bumped in the dashboard or in the front seat and will eventually go bump back to its seat and when this happens, the neck is bumped back and forth causing it to have a whiplash.
This type of accident is among road accidents that are caused by sudden impacts. Whiplash injuries can be caused by seatbelts that are not properly used. Well, seatbelts don’t protect your neck, but it does keep you from bumping back and forth when a car accident occurs.
Also, a whiplash injury can still be called an accident even if the road was good, or the weather is not bad, or anything else that would result a car to crash.
Some people recover from this type of accident easily if the damage is not that bad. But for many this accident is fatal. It could take a long time to heal and so it is best if a no win no fee accident claim will be done.
